Change of a reservation may be made only by annulment of the current reservation and operation of a new reservation.
- In case of annulment of a paid reservation reimbursement of money is effected according to hotel’s rules – provider of services and there may be standard rules, as well as individual rules – for the specific hotel or room;
- In case of operation of changes in or annulment of a paid reservation of a hotel room you should contact the operator at the following telephone number (373 22) 274 274;
Reimbursement of money
If the payment was effected via a bank card, then reimbursement of money is effected to the bank card from which payment was made.
If the payment was effected via other forms of payment, then reimbursement of money is effected upon a personal visit of the client to the sales office (bd. Negruzzi, 5).
